Patina is a Shopify app by Occam Studio for resale stores: buyback, trade-in and consignment in one place.

Contact us

Email support@occamstudio.io with:

• your store's address (for example your-store.myshopify.com);
• what you were doing and what happened, with a screenshot if you can;
• the seller, intake or payout it concerns, if any.

We answer on business days, usually within one business day.

Sellers and consignors

If you sold, traded in or consigned items at a store that uses Patina, please contact that store first about your items, payouts or personal data. You can also email us and we will pass your request to the store.
